LeadMasters, Inc. is not currently registered (as of November 24, 2025) as a business with the State of Wisconsin Department of Financial Institutions, nor is there a record of the company on the state’s One-Stop Business Portal search function, though its principal executive office address is in Wisconsin, according to the Office of the Minnesota Secretary of State.

LeadMasters was found to be in violation of state statutes and rules administered by the Wisconsin Department of Health Services (DHS) on February 28, 2024.  DHS identified that LeadMasters was not a certified firm as required while conducting lead investigation activities for nearly two years (from April 19, 2022 - February 16, 2024) and consequently, DHS levied a civil monetary forfeiture against the firm.
